The Mitchell County Food Bank was stop #7 of the Day 1 of Haul Out Hunger 2922!
This food pantry has 14 volunteers and serves 145 people on average.
Not only do the pork donations assist families in need, but it helps these food pantries with their own food expenses. The volunteers in the food pantries already do so much to help others in their community, so we are glad we can help with a quality protein addition to their pantry!
We hope the 144 pork loins donated to the Mitchell County Food Bank today can reach a high number of people in need.
Their volunteers stated they like to provide well-rounded meal options, and we think pork is the perfect way to do so! #hoh22 #selectcares
